Choose any massage or acupuncture option to be done by the river. Followed by a sound bath with Tibetan bowls and sage.
$150 up charge in addition to the regular massage price for the first person and $70 per person for groups.
Forest Bathing $150
Immerse yourself in nature with a conscious forest walk, guided meditation, plant identification, forging tips and plant communication in a coniferous forest. 60 minutes
River Cold Plunge add-on $100 per group
Guided cold plunge with breath work available as an add-on after any River treatment. $75 per person or $100 for a group.

Customize you spa day however you like. Below is an example of the half day offerings. Light snacks and beverages will be provided. Robes and towels will also be provided. Please, wear a swimsuit, bring an extra change of clothes, and sunscreen.
