Acupuncture can treat any condition that you would normally see a Western or conventional Medicine doctor to treat, in addition to any symptoms you would typically treat as a minor to major inconvenience.  

Esoteric Teachings are a sacred practice that incorporates quantum physics, sacred geometry, the tree of life, the charka system and dimensional awareness that can raise consciousness, unblock emotional stagnation, remove negativity and aid in creativity. 

The session begins with a consolation, followed by a charka reading, then an acupuncture esoteric pattern is built. The patient rests for approximately 45 mins with the needle pattern & the chakras are rechecked to confirm alignment.

Tuina is an Eastern style Chinese massage that combines traditional massage techniques with trigger point and acupoint activation. This releases spastic and tense areas that carry the weight of daily stress without the need for deeper pressure with slow, precise, and intentional pressure, rhythm and fluidity.

A specialized therapeutic and medical massage that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle groups, connective tissue, and fascia. This therapeutic technique targets chronic tension patterns, releases deep-seated adhesions, and releases areas of muscular and fascia restriction often resulting from sport injuries, postural imbalance, or repetitive strain.

Frost & Fire massage combines hot stones with magnesium oil to undo every knot winter creates. It relieves winter stiffness instantly by feeding your body what it’s missing. The session is done on the infrared heated BioMat with an aromatherapy scent to set your intention for the session.

We've combined massage with the ancient Greece practice of soaking in sea minerals. The massage is on an infrared heated table with an amethyst BioMat, organic and wild crafted aromatherapy, sea sourced magnesium combined with a natural anti-inflammatory massage oil and hot towels.   

Magnesium focuses on replenishing cellular nutrition to the muscles. Magnesium will improve sore, tired, tense, and painful muscles and joints. It also reduces migraines and tension headaches.

Rich in omega 6 & 9, this nourishes dry skin and is rich in antioxidants and anti-aging properties. Studies show benefits for arthritic conditions, neuropathy, athletes with chronic pain, and post workout recovery. 

Drift off with the sound healing of Tibetan bowls and tuning forks, as the vibrations massage every cell in your body. This raises your frequency and eases you into a relaxed and meditative state. Following the sound bath, is massage on a heated, amethyst Biomat, combined with a grounding organic essential oil and hot towels. 

This treatment uses acupressure and meridian balancing techniques on the scalp, face, hands, and feet resulting in a deep sedation and restoration.

 The stimulation of acupoints in these areas works in harmony with the calming properties of French lavender to cultivate a profound sense of peace, relaxation, and balance. The combined effect creates stillness, nurtures the nervous system, and invites a deep restorative sleep.

Chinese Foot Reflexology focuses on restoring balance throughout the entire body through the feet. By applying precise pressure to specific reflex points that correspond to organs, skeletal body, and nervous system. 

This deeply grounding therapy can promote relaxation, reduce stress, and ease tension.

Herbal and nutritional supplement consultation and prescription for up to two complaints. Herbs and supplements are an additional charge. A shift is expected  within 3 to 10 days on all herbal prescriptions. A change in lab work will be typically seen within 6 weeks and normalization in labs between 3 and 6 months.

Cupping therapy is an ancient healing technique that involves placing heated cups on the skin to create suction. The cups are left in place for a few minutes and massaged around sore muscles. Cupping increases blood flow and circulation to the affected area, while releasing muscle tension. This therapy can also help the acupuncture and massage session to last longer.

Gua Sha, or scraping massage, is an ancient Chinese technique that is used to break up obstructions and knots in the soft tissue and muscles. It also helps to move lymph fluid and swelling. Gus Sha is regularly used in tendonitis, arthritis, muscle pain, and joint restrictions. 

Auricular Therapy is a reflexology treatment done on the exterior ear. Clear band-aid like strips are used with either seeds or needles, depending on the preference of the patient. These stay in for up to 10 days and activate the reflexology point to treat complaints.

Swarovski crystals are placed on clear adhesive strip with ear seed on the underside. These preform as the regular ear seeds but with crystals instead of plain adhesive tape.

Microneedling and  acupuncture to treat scarring or stretch marks on the body with the apple stem cell serum combined with the elastin serum. Microneedling can not be used on keloid scarring.

Results showed a 50% increase in hair regrowth in 80% of participants when combined with minoxidil and scalp microneedling then those only using minoxidil.  Microneedling procedures can help to slow down the effects of conditions such as androgenetic alopecia and alopecia areata, it will not be effective in situations where patients suffer with permanent baldness.
